Phases of the Venus cycle

  1. From the Inferior Conjunction at 2º Aries on 2025 March 23rd to Station Direct on April 13th: the midpoint of the retrograde process; ending of one cycle and beginning of the next; a time of thoughtfully checking in with yourself and taking stock of — discarding or renewing your connection with — some of your possessions, creations, aesthetic sensibilities, values, desires, relationships, and pleasurable activities; intimating new values, new ways of being, new ways of relating, new ways of creating: noticing new connections coming into your life (Venus rises in the morning sky as Venus Phosphoros or Lucifer, the "light bringer", and Goddess of the Dawn on March 26th at 0º Aries)

  2. From her Station Direct at 24º Pisces on 2025 April 13th to Greatest Western Elongation on Jun 1st: definitively ending, abandoning, or making changes to your old values, past creative projects, and existing relationships; stepping more fully into the new cycle with a renewed sense of purpose and appreciation of your own values, resources, and creative capacity; renewing your commitment to those creative projects, people, and relationships which you have chosen to devote your time and energy to in the new cycle

  3. From her Greatest Western Elongation at 25º Aries on 2025 June 1st to the Superior Conjunction on 2026 Jan 6th: inviting in new connections, new relationships, and new creative projects while continuing to nurture and evolve your existing relationships, creative work, and values; accumulating resources and possessions; enjoying what you have created and are attracting/have attracted into your life now (Venus disappears from the night sky for 2 months starting Nov 26th at 24º Scorpio)

  4. Where we currently are in the Venus Cycle --> From her Superior Conjunction at 16º Capricorn on 2026 January 6th to Greatest Eastern Elongation on August 15th: acknowledging, appreciating, and celebrating yourself, your work, and your most treasured relationships; sharing your creative work and resources with the ones you love; continuing to express yourself creatively in the outer world through your relationships and work (Venus reappears in the sky as Venus Hesperus, the evening star and Goddess of the Dusk, on February 16th at 8º Pisces — an opportunity to behold and connect with her visually in the western sky after sunset)

  5. From her Greatest Eastern Elongation at 8º  Libra on 2026 August 15th to Station Retrograde on October 3rd: feeling a gradual pull inwards to reflect on and examine your values, personal relationships, creative projects, and resources; appreciating the most important or valuable people in your life while noticing potential problems or issues brewing in your use of resources, interpersonal connections, collaborations, and creative projects — consider what may not be in alignment with who you are now or your changing priorities, values, interests, and desires

  6. From her Station Retrograde at 8º Scorpio on 2026 October 3rd to the Inferior Conjunction on October 24th at 0º Scorpio: a time of intentionally moving inwards, pulling your energy back from external projects and relationships in order to focus on your relationship to yourself, issues around self-worth, your personal resources and creativity; becoming aware of what you do or do not need in your life and relationships with others; reflecting on and reexamining your values, wants, resources, creative ambitions, and personal relationships; addressing and resolving karmic issues/unfinished business with people from your past; reconsidering commitments you've made to others and to certain creative projects and endeavors; beginning to let go of that which you no longer value or deem to be supportive of you and your life force (Venus disappears from the sky on October 19th at 3º Scorpio in preparation or her inferior conjunction)
